Flower delivery is carried out between 09:00 and 21:00. In events with limited time frames, such as weddings, engagements, or openings, all deliveries are completed before the bride's preparation begins.
For orders with a specific time range, orders must be placed at least 4 hours in advance for same-day delivery.

For our company to assume responsibility for flower delivery, the following conditions must be met; if any of these are missing, the flower delivery will not take place:
a. All information specified on this site regarding the flower order must be accurate and complete.
b. In necessary cases, contact must be possible via the phone number and email address provided by you.

Due to the high demand on special days, your flower orders will be delivered on the same day, but the exact time cannot be specified. However, we guarantee delivery within a 2-hour time frame.

For flower orders to be delivered on the same day they are placed, your order must reach us by 16:00. Orders entered into the system after 17:00 will be delivered the next day. Alternatively, for an additional fee of 1000 TL, your order can be delivered on the same day.

Weather conditions, traffic, and accidents may cause delays in delivery time.

The flower price listed on our page is valid. However, a road fee will be charged for locations not in the city center as specified on the flower order screens. If an extra fee is required for areas far from city centers, our Customer Services will inform you and provide explanations as soon as possible.

Due to seasonal reasons or logistical disruptions, the flowers on the Antaflowers.com website may experience changes in the product or its color. However, you can be assured that the delivered product will be of the same quality and value as the product you selected. If you believe that the flower you ordered was not delivered with the same quality, you may request a refund or product replacement. Antaflowers aims to ensure our customers' satisfaction and to provide continuous benefits from Antaflowers quality, not just once.

Incorrect payments are guaranteed to be refunded by our company.

If the recipient is not at the address during the flower delivery, the product will be delivered to a person such as a Security Guard/Neighbor/Building Attendant that you selected when placing the order. If these individuals are not available, the delivery will be made with your approval to a person at the address or someone who agrees to receive the flowers on behalf of the recipient, with their signature obtained.

If the flower order is not accepted by the recipient, no refund will be given, and all responsibility will rest with the customer.

In some institutions, due to special rules or precautions set by the establishment, the flowers will be delivered to the relevant staff at the institution rather than the recipient.

If no one is present at the delivery address or the address cannot be found, contact will be made with the recipient's details. In such a case, the delivery will be made with a delay. In such situations, orders that have been paid for will not be canceled or refunded.

Antaflowers is not responsible for any price or content errors caused by system failures on the website.

For orders made via bank transfer or EFT, the date of payment's reflection on our system is accepted, not the date of deposit.

We recommend that you place your flower orders at least 1 day before the desired delivery time. Except for special days such as New Year's, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Women's Day, orders placed after 17:00 on the same day will be delivered the next day. Additionally, deliveries will not be made after 21:00 (local time).

We would like to mention that in areas with difficult transportation conditions or in bad weather, mandatory changes in time and fees may be required, and in such cases, we ask for the understanding of our valued customers.
